In the Fall of 2013 the French translation of his revised introduction to Aquinas, originally published in Dutch in 2012, was published at Les Presses Universitaires de l’IPC.

On October 15, 2013, he gave a lecture at the Universidad San Dámaso (Spain), entitled “Santo Tomás de Aquino y su filosofía del ser”. On December 4, 2013 he was at the University of Metz (France) to give a lecture on “L’être de Dieu et celui des créatures dans son Opus Tripartitum
et la doctrine respective de Thomas d’Aquin ».
In June 2014 he participated in the annual Plenary Session of the Pontifical Academy of St. Thomas Aquinas at Vatican City with a paper entitled “Aquinas on the Beatitude of Mercy”.
He is currently visiting the Centro Universitario de la Ciudad de México for a series of lectures.
However, the most part of the year 2013-2014 he was working on his new book, entitled Saint Thomas d'Aquin et ses prédécesseurs. La présence des grands philosophes et Pères de l’Église dans les oeuvres de Thomas, which will appear in the Fall of 2014.
In the sixteen chapters of this 400- page book, he investigates the presence of the most important philosophers and theologians in the work of Thomas Aquinas, starting with the Platonists, Aristotle, the Stoa up until Avicenna, Averroes and Maimonides.
